Organizers are not liable for any injuries, lost items, or unforeseen incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, actions, and any minors in their care.

Photography Notice:

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for memory sharing and future promotions. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you prefer not to appear in event media, please inform the event team upon arrival.

Privacy:

Any personal information shared through RSVP forms (e.g. names, emails, t-shirt sizes) will be used solely for event planning purposes and will not be shared or sold.
